My engaging and practical workshops are designed to inspire self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment, acting as a catalyst for a more fulfilled, energised, and joyful workplace.

Workshops:

Each workshop is focused on equipping your team with tools to thrive, both personally and professionally.
Focussed around your chosen theme(s), we will work through a combination of evidence based stress management techniques such as; breath work, meditations, EFT (tapping) and journaling prompts. 

Choose from:

    •    Happiness & Resilience: Practical strategies to build resilience, boost morale, and foster emotional wellbeing. Covering the importance of sleep, routines and how to cultivate joy by identifying glimmers. Breathwork and movement techniques to increase your energy. 

    •    Overcoming Procrastination: Learn how to tackle avoidance and reclaim focus. Discover the importance of meditation and how to stay in the moment. Create your own routines that will set you up for success. Breathwork techniques specifically created to increase your focus.

    •    Avoiding Burnout: Develop sustainable strategies for self-care and balance. Highlighting the importance of sleep and creating a strong nighttime routine. Identify current stressors and learn how to manage them. Breathwork for instant stress relief and long term stress reduction. 

    •    Motivation: Reignite your spark with tools to stay inspired and energised. Journaling prompts to help you discover your ‘why”, realigning with your direction. The importance of routines and sleep. Motivation boosting visualisation. Quick motivation boosters

    •    Goal-Setting: Define goals and create actionable plans to achieve them with confidence. Visualise your future self and write a letter to them. Dream up your perfect day and how to make this become your reality. Focussed on cultivating a more joyful life.

Each session is around 60 minutes and is designed with teachers in mind, offering practical strategies that can be implemented immediately. You can select multiple sessions to create a longer workshop. 

Student Sessions

I work with students at schools and universities to manage their emotions, reduce stress and anxiety. Equipping them with quick tools to develop essential self-regulation skills, improve their well-being, and build confidence.

My engaging and practical workshops are designed to inspire self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment, acting as a catalyst for a more fulfilled, energised, and joyful school experience.

Workshops:

We will work through a combination of evidence based stress management techniques to develop a positive and resilient mindset through;

1.    Breathwork and Relaxation Techniques: By practicing breathwork and other relaxation exercises, students learn how to calm themselves in stressful moments. 

2.    Positive Self Belief: Through practical exercises, students are encouraged to identify their strengths to build their self-esteem and appreciate the positive aspects of themselves.

3.    Self-Regulation Skills: The programme gives students the tools they need to manage their emotions, actions, and responses in a mindful way.

Each session is around 60 minutes and is designed with students in mind, offering practical strategies that can be implemented immediately.
